Anizio Indami has a long history and extended experience working with non-profit organizations. At the age of fourteen, he was already actively participating in community associations in his hometown of Farim, in northern Guinea Bissau. In Farim, he was also a volunteer member of the International Red Cross during the political-military conflict of 1998. He participated in disease prevention work, under the Bamdim Project with the United Nations program in Guinea Bissau.
Anizio holds a degree in Business Administration, and a Master’s degree in International Management. He’s had banking experience in Brazil, and for over six years he has worked as a specialist consultant in an American (New York) multinational corporation, in the area of technology. In New York, he continues his work as an accredited academic consultant at a New York university, with an academic agenda focused on students from Africa and South America. His desire is to give back some of the opportunity he has been given in life; his driving philosophy is that there is no better gift than education.
Anizio believes that the easiest way to reach success is to be supportive of others and to assist those who need it most, because this pleases God, who fills us with blessings. Anizio lives the credo that the more solidarity we have, the better and happier the world will be.
